Please carefully read the present Terms and Conditions before completing your booking. By booking an event at Escape Room Virginia LLC, you indicate your consent to the present agreement. In case any point is unclear, please write to booknow@escaperoomvb.com / booknow@escaperoomvp.com for further explanation.
I. General Terms
We reserve the right to amend the present agreement at any time. In case of any changes to the agreement, the new agreement will be posted on our website, escaperoomvirginia.com.
Escape Room Virginia LLC, LLC (“Escape Room Virginia LLC” herein) is a creative company, consisting of live room escape games. Live room escape games are ideal for teambuilding events as excellent teamwork, good communication, coordination, and creative thinking are necessary to master the game and complete the mission in time. Our rooms are creatively designed with keys, codes, and puzzles hidden around the room, which the participant has to find and use in order to escape. The participants are placed in the room and have exactly 60 minutes to solve all the codes and escape. If the participants cannot escape within the set time the doors are opened from the outside. The entire game is monitored and can be stopped at any time if the participants require this.

The Terms set out the terms and conditions on which Escape Room Virginia LLC provides services to you, which will govern your conduct as a client, apply to your booking, any exchange of information between you and Escape Room Virginia LLC, and your visit and use of Escape Room Virginia LLC.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your booking. Completing the booking indicates that you accept the Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not complete the booking.
Escape Room Virginia LLC may revise the Terms at any time by updating this document. All modified Terms and Conditions shall take effect immediately after having been posted on the Escape Room Virginia LLC booking surface. You acknowledge and agree that Escape Room Virginia LLC has the sole discretion to set forth and post additional terms and conditions for your use of the services. You agree that those additional terms and conditions shall be considered an effective amendment to these Terms and said Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated herein. Furthermore, you expressly agree that if there is any conflict between those additional terms and conditions and the present Terms set forth herein shall take primacy.
Any rights not expressly granted in the present Terms are reserved.
II. Definitions
“Client”: any person or entity who enters the Escape Room Virginia LLC website and books our services.
“Service/Services”: any and all services offered by us on the www.escaperoomvirginia.com website and at our physical location(s) at one of the Escape Room Virginia LLC offices.
III. Product Information and Warranties – Changes in the service
The service will be provided with care and due diligence, in a professional manner and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Escape Room Virginia LLC has made a conscientious effort to display and describe its services on the website accurately. Escape Room Virginia LLC is constantly improving its information, products, and services. Consequently, Escape Room Virginia LLC cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, specifications, availability, and services. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services which Escape Room Virginia LLC provides may change without prior notice to you. Escape Room Virginia LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to you or other clients. Escape Room Virginia LLC shall not be liable to clients or any third party should Escape Room Virginia LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue the service.
IV. The Service
Escape Room Virginia LLC provides an interactive entertainment service, meaning that the clients are active participants in the service(s) provided. The services offered are live room escape games. The active service takes 60 minutes, in which the participants are placed into a room from which they have to escape within the set time. The rooms are creatively designed with keys, codes, and puzzles hidden in them, which the participant has to find and use in order to escape. Excellent teamwork, good communication, coordination, and creative thinking are necessary to master the game and complete the mission in time. If the participants cannot escape within the set time the doors are opened from the outside. The entire game is monitored, thus it can be stopped at any time and the doors can be opened if the participants require this. Other than monitoring the game from the outside, there is no other involvement and the participants are only with their own team members in the room. As the game involves searching the room, removing some decorations, and checking items there is a minimum risk of injury that cannot be excluded. Clients agree to participate in the services offered by Escape Room Virginia LLC on their own responsibility and release Escape Room Virginia LLC, its employees, and any party acting on behalf of Escape Room Virginia LLC of any liability as detailed in Clause VI.
V. Limitation of Liability
Escape Room Virginia LLC is not directly involved in the game while the participants are in the rooms. Clients participate in the services offered by Escape Room Virginia LLC on their own responsibility. Escape Room Virginia LLC has no direct control and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, personal injuries, or property loss arising from or in any way connected to participating in or using the services and/or facilities of Escape Room Virginia LLC. You release Escape Room Virginia LLC, its employees, or any person acting on behalf of Escape Room Virginia LLC from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with the abovementioned. This further includes reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party. The client does hereby further agree to abide by all the conditions, instructions, and rules that are presented by Escape Room Virginia LLC.
VI: Complaint Management and Problem Resolution
Escape Room Virginia LLC is dedicated to effective and prompt complaint management, problem resolution, and the analysis and mitigation of the root causes of complaints. A complaint or a dispute between you and Escape Room Virginia LLC has to be expressed by sending an e-mail to booknow@escaperoomvb.com / booknow@escaperoomvp.com. Escape Room Virginia LLC is committed to providing an answer in 30 calendar days. Escape Room Virginia LLC will attempt to resolve any disputes you have with us, operators.
VII. Copyright, Protection of Intellectual Property Content
You are permitted to view, print and download extracts from Escape Room Virginia LLC for your own use on the basis that:

Escape Room Virginia LLC reserves the right to refuse the service or cancel the booking of a client at any time and without prior notice. Escape Room Virginia LLC may, at its sole discretion, immediately a client’s booking if the client’s conduct fails to respect and abide by this Agreement.
An event that may result in the refusal of service or booking cancellation can include but is not limited to: client conducts inappropriate communications with one of Escape Room Virginia LLC’s employees, agents, affiliates, or partners; behaves inappropriately in any other way; the client is in no fit condition to participate in the service, i.e. is under the influence of some substance.
XII. Unsolicited Idea Submission
Escape Room Virginia LLC welcomes any comments, messages, and feedback from users regarding Escape Room Virginia LLC's services, facilities, and website. However, Escape Room Virginia LLC’s policy does not allow Escape Room Virginia LLC to accept or consider ideas, suggestions, or proposals other than those Escape Room Virginia LLC specifically requests. Other than this, no other person or company shall be third-party beneficiaries to the Terms.
The present Terms are concluded for an indefinite term. Upon termination thereof for whatever reason, you are to return all documentation, confidential or proprietary information, and materials and any copies of thereof in your possession or delete any copies of the same held electronically.
