She is the owner of multiple escape room businesses in Virginia, where she oversees concept creation, room design, operations, staffing structures, and long-term growth strategy.

With a background that blends creative storytelling and operational leadership, Candice is known for designing highly immersive, narrative-driven experiences that balance theatrical impact with smooth guest flow and scalable business practices. She has built and managed teams across multiple locations, implemented standardized training and role progression systems, and continually develops new rooms to keep her businesses innovative and competitive.
 

Candice is also passionate about sustainable business growth, mentorship, and intentional leadership. Her work emphasizes creating environments where both guests and staff feel engaged, supported, and inspired. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she is a PhD student and remains deeply curious about human behavior, motivation, and experience design.
