Player Waiver
Escape Room Virginia Peninsula release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, indemnity agreement with parental consent. By signing this waiver:

I agree to allow my photo(s) and likeness to be used in social media marketing or promotional materials.

I understand that Escape Room Virginia Peninsula, LLC, and its staff are not responsible for any personal belongings.

I certify that I am in good health, and in proper physical/mental condition to participate in activities that may feature bending down, sudden sounds, UV lighting, flashing lights or dimly lit areas.

I certify that Escape Room Virginia Peninsula, LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind relating to any damage to property or injury to myself, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of Escape Room Virginia Peninsula, LLC.

I understand and agree that during my experience at Escape Room Virginia Peninsula, LLC, I am under surveillance. Damage to props and property will be charged to the credit card on file.

If applicable, as supervising adult I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate the details to, and sign this waiver on behalf of, any children within my party.
